The Flou CRM lets you add, edit, and save your contacts' information in one centralized place. That way, you don't have to type in all their information every time you do a new contract.

The Flou CRM also lets you see in one place all the contracts associated with each contact.


What is a contact in Flou?

A contact is any person or company who is part of any contract you create in Flou.


How to add or edit a contact card in your Flou CRM

To add or edit a contact card in your Flou CRM:

  1. Choose the type of contact you want to add: private person or company.


Step 1 – Go to CRM > Add New Contact


Step 2 – Select between private person or company



What type of information you can add to your contact card using the Flou CRM

Private person

Company

  • First name

  • Last name

  • Email

  • Phone number

  • Role (if applicable)

  • Date of birth

  • Address (physical or postal)

  • Country

  • Performance rights organization (PRO) (if applicable)

  • IPI/CAE number (if applicable)

  • Publisher (if applicable)

  • Social media links

  • Name

  • Company ID (EIN or VAT)

  • Address

  • Country

  • First name of company representative

  • Last name of company representative

  • Email of company representative

  • Social media links


You can also create a new contact from inside your contracts
