How to Add Multiple Contacts in Flou:

Step 1 – In your "CRM" view, click on "New Contact – Bulk Upload"

Navigate to your CRM section in Flou and click on the option to bulk upload contacts.


Step 2 – Copy and Download the Template

Click "File > Make a Copy" to download the CSV template, which helps you organize your contact data.


Step 3 – Enter Contact Information

Open the template and fill in the required contact fields. You can duplicate rows for each contact and enter the information you have:

  1. First Name

  2. Last Name

  3. Email

  4. Address

  5. Phone Number

  6. Birthday

  7. Country (select)

  8. Society (select)

  9. IPI/CAE

If the contact is a company, you'll also need:
10. Company ID (e.g., EIN)
11. Company Name

Social media fields:
13. Facebook
14. Instagram
15. LinkedIn
16. X (formerly Twitter)
17. Role

Record label fields (if applicable):
18. Record Label Name
19. Record Label Email
20. Record Label Phone Number
21. Record Label Address
22. Record Label Country
23. Record Label City

Publisher fields (if applicable):
24. Publisher Name
25. Publisher Email
26. Publisher Phone Number
27. Publisher Address
28. Publisher Country
29. Publisher City
30. Publisher IPI


Step 4 – Download as CSV and Upload to Flou

Once you've filled in the template, save it as a CSV file. Upload the CSV to Flou by selecting the file, and you'll see a preview of the data before import. Once you're ready, click "Start Import."


Step 5 – Manage Your Contacts from Flou

After the upload, your contacts will appear in your CRM. You can click on each contact to edit or update their information as needed.
