In this article, you’ll learn how to export important data from your contracts and use it in other platforms.

Benefits of Exporting Key Data from Your Contracts:

Exporting key data allows you to transfer information to other tools, making your contract management easier. You can integrate contract data into software like Reprtoir, Curve, Infinite Catalog, ASCAP, SoundExchange, and Songtrust.

Here are three benefits of exporting data from your contracts:

  1. Streamline Workflow: Transfer data quickly and easily to other platforms without manual input.

  2. Save Time: Export multiple contract details at once instead of entering them manually into different systems.

  3. Improve Accuracy: Automatically fill in key data fields to reduce errors and keep information consistent across platforms.

How to Export Key Data from Your Contracts:

Step 1 – In your "Contracts" view, click on the CSV icon

Navigate to the "Contracts" section in Flou. To start exporting, click on the CSV icon located in the top right corner.

Step 2 – Select the Variables You Want to Export

Choose which specific variables or fields you want to export. These might include data like contract names, parties, dates, royalties, or territories. You can customize which details to include in the export.

Step 3 – Click "Download CSV"

Once you've selected the variables, click "Download CSV". This will generate a CSV file that you can save and upload to your preferred music platform for further use.

By following these steps, you can quickly export key contract data from Flou and easily integrate it with your favorite music management platforms. This saves time and ensures that your data stays consistent across different tools.
