Here are the steps to sign a contract in Flou.


How to sign your contracts in Flou


Step 1 – Click "Review and Sign"

Once you receive a contract via email, click the "Review and Sign" button to begin the process.


Step 2 – Select the Type of Signature

Choose how you want to sign the document: you can either draw your signature or type it in. Click the acknowledgment checkbox that reads: "By signing this document, you agree to its terms and acknowledge that it will be legally binding."


Step 3 – Add Your Signature

Add your signature to the document.

Step 4 – Sign

Click "Long press to sign" and hold for five seconds to complete the signing process.


Step 5 – Confirmation Email

Once all parties have signed the contract, everyone will receive a confirmation email with two attachments: a PDF copy of the signed contract and a PDF certification of the signature.

The PDF certification includes the following information:

  • Document ID

  • Document name

  • Dates

  • Signatures

  • Number of documents

  • Contact information for each party

  • Authentication and Signer ID

You can also view your signed contract in your Flou account ("Completed")...

And download a PDF copy from the platform.
