How to add and manage team members in your Flou workspace

To add and manage members in your Flou workspace:

  1. Add the email of the person you want to add.

  2. Select the permission type.


Step 1 – Go to Team > Invite Members


Step 2 – Add New Team Members and Permission Level

To add your new team members, you'll need:

  • Email address

  • Type of permission

There are two types of permission in Flou:

  1. Administrator: This gives users full control over the platform. Administrators can access, view, edit, and delete all contracts. They ensure comprehensive oversight and management.

  2. Team Member: Team members have read-only access to contracts. They can be given extra permissions within specific contracts, such as editing, modifying data fields, and sending contracts. This allows for controlled collaboration.
